Opt out whenever — here’s exactly how.
MealPlanAI only sends transactional email: a verification code at sign-up and a reset code if you forget your password. There’s no newsletter to leave, but if you’d rather we never email an address at all, tell us and we’ll suppress it.

What opting out means
We’ll add your address to a suppression list so nothing is sent to it. Because verification and reset codes are how an account proves it’s yours, opting out can mean you’re unable to verify a new sign-up or reset a password later from that address.
Want the account and its data gone entirely, not just the email? Say so in your message, or write to support@al-azabcooling.com and we’ll handle the deletion.
Suppression takes effect immediately and applies to every type of email, including verification and password-reset codes.
