Launching soon

A week of meals, planned around your budget — not someone else’s.

MealPlanAI takes your goal, your weekly grocery budget, your allergies, and how you actually like to eat, then writes a full seven-day plan with one shopping list you can take straight to the store.

Registration opens soon. When it does, we confirm your email with a one-time code before your account goes live — that’s the only reason we ask for it.

How it will work

Four steps, about five minutes.

  1. 1

    Tell us your goals

Pick a goal — lose weight, build muscle, eat on a budget, or just eat better — then set a daily food budget, list anything you can’t eat, and say how many meals a day you want.

  2. 2

    The AI builds your week

MealPlanAI drafts seven days of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks that fit your numbers, with a rough calorie count beside each meal so you always know what you’re looking at.

  3. 3

    Get one shopping list

Every plan comes with a single grocery list, with duplicate ingredients merged and grouped by aisle — produce, protein, pantry, dairy — so you shop once and cook all week.

  4. 4

    Adjust and regenerate

Not feeling Tuesday’s dinner? Change a constraint and regenerate the week, or swap a single day, until the plan matches your week and your taste.

A real example

One day from a generated plan.

This is the kind of detail you get for every day of the week — dish, ingredients, and an estimated calorie count, with the day’s shopping beside it.

Who it’s for

Built for the way people actually shop and cook.

If deciding what to eat each week is a chore — or your choices are shaped by a budget, a goal, or an allergy — this is for you.

Losing weight
Plans built to a calorie range you can see on every meal, without weighing or counting by hand.
Building muscle
Higher-protein days with enough variety that you’re not eating the same chicken and rice for a month.
Eating on a budget
Set the daily spend and get meals that land near it, with one consolidated list so nothing goes to waste.
Managing allergies
Name what you can’t eat once, and it’s kept out of every plan — no re-reading labels for the same ingredient.

What it does

The useful parts, without the gimmicks.

It’s personal. Plans start from your goal, your budget, your diet, and the number of meals you want — not a template everyone else also gets.

It respects your budget. You name a daily spend, and the week is written to land near it, so the checkout total isn’t a surprise.

It filters allergies and diets. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, keto, gluten-free, nut allergies — these are treated as hard rules, not soft suggestions.

It writes the shopping list for you. Ingredients across all seven days are merged and grouped by aisle, so one trip covers the week.

It regenerates. Swap a day or change a constraint and get a fresh plan — useful when your week, or your appetite, changes.

Early testers

What a few people in our preview said.

Comments from a small group trying the plan generator before launch.

“I stopped buying random groceries that rotted in the drawer. One list, and I actually used everything by Sunday.”
Dana R. — cooking for two
“The budget cap is the part that sold me. I set $10 a day and the week genuinely came in around there.”
Marcus T. — grad student
“I have a tree-nut allergy, so I’m used to checking everything twice. Setting it once and trusting the plan was a relief.”
Priya N. — full-time nurse

Email, the boring (good) way

Account verification will use secure email codes.

When registration launches, creating an account will send a single six-digit code to the address you enter, to confirm it’s yours before the account is switched on. Password resets will work the same way. You type your own email; we verify it first — a plain double opt-in.

Those codes are the only email we’ll send. No newsletter, no promotions, no list bought from anyone. You’ll be able to opt out any time on the unsubscribe page.

Want to hear when it’s live?

We’re finishing the app now. Leave your address on the coming-soon page and we’ll send one note when registration opens — then nothing else unless you decide to sign up.
