This policy explains how MealPlanAI (“we”, “us”), which operates the website at al-azabcooling.com, handles your information. The product is still launching and registration isn’t open yet; this describes the practices that apply once you create an account.

1. What we collect

Only what’s needed to run the service:

• Name — to personalize your account and our replies.
• Email address — to create your account, confirm it’s yours, and send transactional codes.
• Password — kept only as a salted, hashed value; we never see or store the text you type.
• Plan inputs — the goal, budget, allergies, dietary preference, and meal count you submit, plus the plans generated from them.

We do not buy or import contact lists, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

2. Why we ask for your email

Your email exists in our system to send transactional messages tied to your account:

• Verification codes — a one-time six-digit code at sign-up, confirming you own the address you entered (double opt-in).
• Password-reset codes — a one-time code, only when you ask to reset.

You type your own address during registration, and the verification code is sent before the account is activated — so we only ever email people who chose to use the service.

3. Transactional only — no marketing

We do not send newsletters, promotions, or bulk campaigns, and we never email purchased or scraped addresses. If we ever offer optional product updates later, they would require a separate, explicit opt-in. You can opt out of email any time on the unsubscribe page or by emailing support@al-azabcooling.com.

Since registration isn’t open, no account emails are being sent at this time.

4. How it’s stored

• Data lives in a secured database with a reputable hosting provider.
• Passwords are hashed; verification codes are stored hashed and expire after a short window.
• Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Access to personal data is limited to what’s needed to operate the service.

5. Who helps us run it

We rely on a few trusted providers — an email service to deliver transactional codes, hosting and database providers, and an AI provider that generates the meal plans. They process data only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the service.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to run the service. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@al-azabcooling.com from the address on your account; we’ll remove it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep something.

7. Your choices

• Ask to access or correct your information.
• Unsubscribe from email on the unsubscribe page.
• Request deletion of your account and data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes show in the “Last updated” date above.
