These Terms govern your use of MealPlanAI, the AI meal-planning service at al-azabcooling.com. The service is launching soon; by creating an account or using it once it’s live, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What the service is

MealPlanAI generates meal plans and shopping lists for general informational purposes. Plans, calorie figures, and cost estimates are approximations, not medical, dietary, or financial advice. Check ingredient labels yourself if you have an allergy, and talk to a qualified professional about medical or nutritional concerns.

2. Your account

Some features require an account created with a valid email address you own. You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. We confirm your email with a one-time code before activating it.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the service for anything unlawful.
  • Don’t try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or break into it.
  • Don’t enter an email address that isn’t yours.
  • Don’t resell or redistribute the service without permission.

4. Email

Creating an account means you’ll receive the transactional emails needed to run it — verification and password-reset codes. These aren’t marketing. You can opt out any time on the unsubscribe page; note that opting out may limit features that depend on email verification.

5. Plans and billing

A paid tier, where offered, will renew each month until you cancel and will be processed by an established third-party payment provider. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices shown on the site are placeholders for this preview and may change before launch.

6. Intellectual property

The MealPlanAI name, site, and content belong to us or our licensors. Plans generated for you are yours to use personally.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes show in the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
